How Rice Pipe Integrity ensures our Duoline Quality

To ensure the consistent, high quality standards our customers expect, we have an Auditable Quality Management Systems (our Rice OMS) that outlines and documents all the Processes, Procedures, and specific work required in producing our goods and services.  Our OMS forms the backbone of our Duoline Production, among other things.  But how do we ensure that our Processes are doing what we expect them to do? 

To meet Quality standards, we conduct scheduled audits to assess the effectiveness of our organization’s quality management system and overall performance.   Recently, our Assistant Controller Nadia lead the Duoline Production audit by assessing the status of our existing Process, identifying any gaps and/or Continual Improvement opportunities and providing a targeted approach to prioritizing action.
